Why I Teach

Several years ago, my life was shaped by anxiety and constant inner tension. My body was asking for attention — and I chose to listen. Through yoga, conscious breathing, and somatic practices, I slowly rediscovered a sense of safety and trust within myself. What began as a personal healing journey became my calling. Today, I support women and mothers who feel overwhelmed, carry a lot, and long to reconnect with their bodies.
In my classes, it is not about performance or perfection — it is about gentleness, stability, and truly arriving. At The Divine Yoga Studio, you are welcomed into a protected, nurturing space where you can simply be yourself.
